Optimal base spots for ore farming, oil extraction, and main bases
How to use coordinates: Coordinates are shown as (X, Y) on the in-game map. You can have multiple bases — the number increases as you level up. Place a Palbox at the desired location to claim the base.
Early Game Bases (Level 1–15)

Ore Farming Setup Guide
Steps to automate ore farming:
- Find a location with 8+ ore nodes and place a Palbox
- Build a Wooden Chest near the ore nodes
- Place Straw Pal Beds and a Feed Box for your Pals
- Assign Pals with Mining suitability (Digtoise, Dumud, Tombat, Astegon)
- Assign at least one Pal with Transporting to move ore to chests
- Add a Berry Plantation and Hot Spring to keep Pals happy
- Return periodically to collect ore from chests
What Makes a Good Base Location?

| Ore nodes | More nodes = more passive ore income. 8+ is ideal. |
| Flat terrain | Easier to build. Slopes require ramps and multi-level planning. |
| Natural defenses | Cliffs, water, or single-entry points reduce raid vulnerability. |
| Fast travel nearby | Quick access to your base for collecting resources. |
| Skill Fruit Trees | Bonus — nearby skill fruit trees provide free active skills. |
| Climate | Extreme temperatures require specialized gear. Normal climate is easiest. |
| Coal + Ore combo | Coal is needed for refined ingots. Having both saves a base slot. |
